Andrew Havemann5 StarIm so impressed. We went to Chapel Place, but I ordered from the app but chose a different t location. Realised my mistake and went onto the counter, the lady didn’t hesitate to write down my order details and then give me my order without having to pay again. Robbie Engledow1 StarMy wife bought 4 muffins at the Chantry mall in Norwich this afternoon.. she got me a Blueberry one…. As you can see I was munching into my muffin this evening and was thinking that it was very bland in flavour and the reason for that is that it was a plain muffin with not a single blueberry in it!!!! Not a happy chappie surely someone would have noticed that there were no blueberries in the mix when it was made??

Gerald Bradley1 StarAwful experience here, staff member serving was rude and kept saying she couldn't hear me, when I spoke louder she said I was shouting at her. She continued to say she couldn't hear me every time I spoke and was being sarcastic. We left our order as the experience was so bad. Another member of staff told us that her colleague can't hear very well but this raises the question of whether she should be taking customer orders. I would've given no stars on this review if it was possible.Saturday 11th June 2022
