AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have had my car for almost 6 months now and have still not completed the works. Not only that they are also refusing to return the car despite the fact that they are unable to fix it. Poor communications and continual misrepresentations by their management on the date of completion of repairs. The most unprofessional company i have ever come across. Use an alternative approved repairer if you expect a professional and courteous experience.

I was very happy with the repair undertaken and level of service. I think that the only downside is that they have a large amount of work and as such the completion time of any repair may be slightly increased. That said all work is guaranteed and done to a high standard. Four stars

I was looked after by Deborah who was both very professional and very helpful she booked my car in and kept me fully up to date as to the cars progress. The repair was completed within the time frame she had said and Balgores have done a very good job. Would highly recommend 5 stars

Lovely front of house customer service by Deborah. Very friendly and efficient. Lovely courtesy car - Seat Arona. The car was nicely valeted when collected. Unsure why my petrol was 20 miles less than when i dropped it off, but may be the car was taken for a drive to check the car was driveable? Only reason I mark the service down to 4 stars is that I was advised the car would not be ready for ten working days and possibly longer depending on the parts being available. My car repair was very minor with small scuffs and a small unit within the bumper needed replacing. It had been booked in for repair since October 2022! As it turns out the car was available after 6 working days. To me this was still far too long, but i was was advised the company deal with hundreds of cars and the repair time has to accommodate the demand and my car was one of many being processed. In future I'm not sure I would use my insurance company to source a car repair company like Balgores but find a reputable smaller company to do the work required. At least then I would not be waiting for a prolonged amount of time for a relatively minor repair.

Once upon a time, long long ago (may 2022) Our car was in an accident, the side was damaged extensively however we still sent in a better car than we got back! I am disgusted. They are so utterly incompetent they didn’t even paint it the correct colour!! It’s a very special car and the colour is one of its identifying features.. That being the least of our problems. It came back dangerous to drive because they had failed to put the correct wheels on the correct sides which could have damaged the 4 wheel drive system if it had been left. It came back with a wheel with a flat spot on the wheel that was supposed to be repaired. They painted the wheels the wrong colour. Reused a single use seal, resulting in flooding in the car to the extent that the headliner was dripping. Damaged the electrics so the rear plate light keeps shorting out, Didn’t fix the drivers window properly so it now has to be helped in place with a hand. Assured us that we would receive an Audi-approved repair certificate. We approached Audi on this and they told us that they were NOT Audi approved!! But another balgores was, they saw no issue with giving us a dodgy certificate. It’s flooded so badly it has caused additional damage to the car. We took it to the financial ombudsman who’s inspector found even more faults that we hadn’t seen, such as dirt in the paint, the ombudsman has had no issue finding in our favour. Balgores has been charged every single penny back. We found Scott and Justin to be incredibly evasive and very cowardly. Unwilling to speak to us, hanging up on us. Acting like petulant children hiding behind staff in the front office. If you have a car you want to drive again, don’t take it to them, we haven’t been able to use the car full time in the winter due to the frost from the leak on the INSIDE of the car. Just some of the issues we’ve had are listed We can provide proof for all of the above. The staff seemed more interested in reading us the list of what we were and we’re not allowed to do with the car they provided. Our car is now going in to be fixed correctly by professionals. 7 months of misery Thanks for nothing
