Needed a balloon urgently today for my very ill daughter. She is unable to eat or receive flowers and knew a balloon would put a smile on her face. Initially they explained they would be a wait my when I explained I needed to get on the train to visit her they cracked in and the balloon was wonderful withstood the wind and rain and train journey to London. My daughter loved the balloon and has been admired by all the staff on the ward!. Thank you so much for helping me and understanding the urgency. Would 100% recommend them.. they have done several of my children’s birthdays balloons too.

Absolutely cannot recommend this shop highly enough. I am 76 and had to review this little gem of a shop. I went to Balloons4U yesterday and couldn't believe how helpful the staff were. I needed help buying my Christmas cards as it was the first time I had to do it on my own. The ladies were so busy and I was struggling. When I was asked if I needed any help, the lady came and took the time to come round with me and helped me choose. Such brilliant and kind customer service - hard to find nowadays. I will be returning and a massive thanks to you all.

Absolutely horrendously rude and vicious customer service. I would not purchase from these people again even if a gun were put to my head. One of the staff - the younger lady known as Natalie needs an urgent schooling in basic manners. Disgusting! I would give zero stars if possible.

I am absolutely appalled with the service I received today. I am a loyal customer that has supported this independent business for years. I buy balloons for my children on every single birthday from here, but not anymore! I paid £8 for a balloon that deflated within 10 mins of me getting home. I drove all the way back to the shop to explain what happened and was told " its definitely my fault their is a tear in it" Over all the years of buying balloons not 1 has deflated within that space of time and I feel the customer service i received was disgraceful. Their was no proof of how the tear got their in the first place all I know is that it deflated within 10 mins of me being home! Their is nowhere this balloon could of teared as I have always been super careful getting them in and out the car and I would of heard a noise had I of popped it anywhere. I then asked if i could have a refund and I was also declined a refund! As a upset customer I then said " I will not be shopping here ever again" to which the lady standing behind the till said " dont then!" Never received customer service like this I have basically lost out on £8 and had to go all the way to bluewater card factory to buy another balloon! Total inconvenience and not what you want a day before your sons birthday. Ballons 4 u service really upset me, being a loyal customer I really thought they would help the situation, instead I was told " their is nothing they can do" Well done balloons 4 u, practically robbing customers money. The worst thing about this is I am not the first customer this has happened to and certainly not the last. Shop elsewhere do not give these people your money.

Absolutely brilliant helpful, friendly staff nothing is too much for them. Always buy our balloons here service is fantastic wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to create what we want and make them special for any occasion we require. Myself and family have been buying all our balloons, decorations cards for as long as I can remember. I always recommend them. Love them 🥰🥰
