Weird opening hours (shuts by 4:30 and closed on Mondays). Most of the desks are closed, so you either have to wait in line for a long time or use the self service, which doesn't do everything you need. You go INTO a bank to speak to a person, that's kind of the point of banks, however Barclays are makong it very clear they dont want to actaully have to deal woth customers. You have all my money, I'd expect a much better service that's open more regularly, with more staff. However staff that are there are very friendly. Just Barclays being greedy, maximising profit over service.

We waited to be seen, to see someone to do something that wasn't an option over the counter/phone or internet, was triaged by a member of staff and told to sit down. Others had already been waiting over 90 mins + had to pop out periodically to top parking meters. The bank should open up more branches locally for face to face interviews instead of closing down counters and branches. There are still good reasons to do business face to face and not on the internet or over the phone. Please wake up employ more staff and offer a ticket system so others don't queue jump. Whilst big bonuses are paid out to the chosen few this money could be better utilised employing face to face staff

4 people on today long queue to see anyone I took 1/2 day to get a chaos payment done to pay my mortgage. Felt for the staff,banks don’t care anymore for customers who need something done face to face.

Lareise Is amazing I was having struggles with payments and my card despite it being a personal matter was very sympathetic and reassuring and couldn’t have done any more to help , such a welcoming and helpful individual that needs a pay rise absaloute credit to the team

We are a registered charity, went to pay money into bank tiday Monday to find it closed! What's happening Barclays? Your service to your customers is diminishing instead of improving. I know you open on a Saturday but today was the only time we could get to the bank. Its not good enough and coupled with the problems we are experiencing with online banking it just makes you want to say enough is enough and find a bank that does care about its bread and butter customers.
