We stayed for 3 nights in September, it's an ideal location for many attractions, beautiful house built in the early 1920's, spacious comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast menu. Parking no problem. The owners were the perfect hosts.

Host was friendly and welcoming , breakfast was amazing , would recommend trying the omlettes they are the best I've had , Gertie the dog was as gorgeous we asked to see her because she is kept away from guests in case some didn't like dogs , we never heard her bark at all . We came by train which costs 6 pounds for taxi from station , went on no 1 bus to great Yarmouth town , went to norwich on no X1, we had a lovely stay in this b and b , would highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic accommodation!!!.. Stayed for 4 very enjoyable nights. The room was lovely and fresh with a very comfortable bed and great ensuite. To say breakfast was very enjoyable is an understatement. Everything was prepared fresh and served hot. Andrew and Jill were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. This place really is home from home...right from the minute of arrival to the morning of departure. I am very happy to recommend Barnard House and will happily return again for future breaks.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Barnard House. The owners are very welcoming as is Gertie the dog. The room was very well equipped with all you need. Perfect position for the beach, stadiums etc. The breakfast choice is amazing. Plenty of parking in the area. What more can I say it was a perfect place for us to stay to attend a wedding at The Boathouse

We stayed at the property between 29th -1st Oct this year. The accommodation was really good, no issues of note, very comfortable and homely. Exceptional breakfasts with a varied choice, great location off the beaten track but close enough to public transport connections and close to coast, and walk-able to town if needed. But best of all was the service, very welcoming and approachable, always cheerful. I would recommend to all. We would definitely look to stay again in the future, but booking directly rather than through external forums.
