Sophi Taylor1 StarThis was my first time using bathwick tyres and I’m quite disappointed… they fitted 4 tyres and a wheel bearing. We went to pick up the car and it wasn’t ready like they told us it was, 10 minutes pass and they come and tell us the battery is dead because they left the ignition on over night. Among them trying to start my car up the workers were arguing with other customers, I felt pretty awkward to say the least. The worker tries to explain to me that the ABS light has come on due to the wheel bearing being done, and will be an extra £300 on top of the £700 I just paid if I wanted it fixed. Another 45 minutes pass and there was still no progress. Again, he came outside and told me that I might need a new battery now due to the dead battery from them leaving the ignition on in my car, I would have thought it would be standard to make sure my car was turned off and my keys would be in a safe place if any vehicle was left over night. I am aware Bathwick tyres close at 4pm so me and my partner and 11 month old baby were left to do the job ourselves whilst the workers went home. At this point I’m very frustrated and didn’t know what to do. We eventually get it running an hour and half later. After this experience I will NEVER return to bathwick tyres and I will never recommend them to anyone else.Saturday 26th February 2022
Ondřej Čížek3 StarI have visited the garage twice. My first experience was good. They replaced my tyres quickly for a reasonable price. My second experience was worse. I booked my MOT and my appointment was cancelled due to the COVID. My second appointment was cancelled when I arrived to the garage. And my third appointment was cancelled a day before MOT and for good. I would expect a better approach than pulling my leg until the MOT was due.Wednesday 10th November 2021
