Mohamed Sedan5 StarPurchased a vehicle from BCA’s live online system. When I tried to book a collection slot on line it would not load. I spoke to Measham and they put me through to BCA in Oxford. The car was with them but they could not tell me when I could collect it and told me to ring Corby. I spoke to Sophie at Corby who told me they had just received the order and I would need to follow the 48 hour notice for collections. I asked if on this occasion I could collect the same day as it was for a loyal customer of mine who was using a lease car. Sophie called me back 30 minutes later to say I could collect the vehicle that same afternoon. I collected the vehicle but the car had no documents. I called Sophie back to ask where they would be and she put me through to BMW who gave me the number to tax the car. Overall great experience with BCATuesday 8th September 2020
