Do not use! Rod made constant excuses for no shows (child’s sports day, rain, migraine, parents illness amongst others), hugely delayed timescales and made several random and unplanned demands for money before work had been completed. Had to cancel work mid way through quoted job due to the above reasons.

Highly recommended. Rod worked on three main rooms and the hallway of my Victorian terrace, which included the removal of some hideous 1970s glue goop. He was great; friendly, polite, left everything clean and clear in the evenings and worked with me to meet a deadline due to decorators coming back to finish painting. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Dreadful - Didn't show up on the day he was booked to start, or the next day. Said he was sick but he was working on another job. Paid deposit up front but when he finally turned up he said he needed more cash and when we said no he walked off the job.. Why isn't there an option to give no stars?
