I was recommended by a friend and from the moment we met I was made to feel very welcome and at ease.
She always has a smile on her face and is super friendly.
I have a fairly busy life and Carlene is always very accommodating in fitting me in to her schedule.
The massages and treatments themselves are very relaxing and professional.
I always feel more relaxed, happier and in a better place mentally when I leave.

Carlene is so friendly and welcoming and I was made to feel like we had known each other forever. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and calm and had this feeling for the entire day. Carlene is firm but gentle and was sure to ask if the pressure was okay. I’ve recommended Carlene to anyone and everyone. I’ll be back super soon for one of the many other amazing treatments you do. Doing far more than 'just' a massage, Carlene included a little Reiki and Reflexology too. My body feels relaxed and my face is glowing! Plus, she's lovely. I feel like I've made a new friend!
