Sophie was brilliant from the very start. She has a wonderful personality and is trustworthy and reliable. Sophie stayed over and made sure that mine amd my sisters dog and cats were loved and cared for whilst we were away and kept me informed and updated which reassured me. Sophie cleaned up after the furries and left everywhere spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending Beethoven and Friends

Sophie (and now Alan) have taken care of our babies since they first came to us last year. We have one older dog and two rescues. The two rescues are so picky about who they let near them after all they’ve been through but they are completely obsessed with Sophie! She’s incredible with all our pets, looked after them so well on an overnight stay and is always so accommodating to my ever changing schedule. Having Sophie has eased our minds so much about being away from our dogs as we know they’ll always be in safe hands.

Sophie is great with animals, and so is Alan. They have such an affinity with them! My dog absolutely adores Sophie and he’s goes nuts when she collects him. They are very professional with all necessary documents to hand if anyone needed to see them. Her priority is always my pet! The home made treats that are available are fantastic and Seth loves them!! They don’t last very long once my dog gets a whiff of the bag😁 Over all we are very happy with the service they provide and we would recommend them to anyone! Before Sophie started walking my dog he was very off with other dogs. Since Sophie has been walking him she’s slowly introduced her dog to Seth and they now walk together which is incredible and a massive break through for us and Seth. Thank you guys for your commitment to our pets!

Highly recommend. Sophie has taken care of our dogs needs since we had him. Her service is reliable and the attention and care she gives to her animals is second to none. I have always felt safe having Sophie walk our pet which is invaluable.

Sophie and Alan have been doing a great job taking care of Luna. Luna loves seeing them and gets excited to play and have walks with them. Very reliable and flexible. Can’t recommend them enough!
