Probably one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had with regards to a purchased item that i found cheaper a day later. Looked into it, called me back and refunded the difference. None of this send it back and we'll look into it etc. Just very sensible and timely. Really appreciated and I will most definitely shop here moving forward for all my bbq goods.

Fabulous store! Fantastic customer service and the Restaurant food was amazing.. all home cooked to a very high standard. Also a super gallery to visit with a huge selection of limited edition and original artworks. A great place to visit on a rainy day.

Had a potential warranty issue with one of our kitchen cupboards. Warranty claims on these items are often challenged as the manufacturer will suggest it’s an outside influence . However, really pleased with the outcome. Great communications and aftersales customer support from Bell

Enjoyed a lovely slice of cake after browsing through the homeware department. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in the lighting department. Homewares are expensive, but it is what I expect from Bells.
