Adam Lewis1 StarLack the basics! Had sent enquiry at the start of the week regarding gun that we saw on Guntrader. Called first within opening hours but just a voicemail, so left verbal enquiry. Followed up with online enquiry form. Eventually the following day we established communication. The gun was still in stock and explained I'm 'passing' on the Friday and would like to arrange to come and see it and to purchase. Friday arrives, and after an hour detour to them, they were closed in normal opening hours!! No communication to say Friday was going to he closed. Called Archie Bell via the telephone number on the website, just another voicemail, explained I was at the 'showroom' and it was closed?? No responce, but not that I'm surprised. Poor experience, poor customer service. Don't think I need to say whether I'd recommend them as its probably clear that I wouldn't. You need to step up your game!! You don't know who you're customers are and there connections in the industry! So after a bigger diversion E.J.Churchills had a very nice sale on Friday!Sunday 30th January 2022
