Bengal Authentic Indian Cuisine

We’re regular customers and ordered our usual meal. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Vindaloo with a few accompaniments. Unusually, this time we also order starters of Prawn Purée and onion Bhaji. The Prawn Purée was lovely but the Onion Bhaji’s were unusual I. That they looked like a burger. Round and flat in appearance and the taste was rather unusual in that I tasted like it has been cooked in old oil that had been used for something else. No onion could be tasted as one would expect. It was; I have to say, rather unpleasant. I certainly won’t be order those again in the future. The rest of the food wasn’t up to Bengals usual standard but it was and always is very good.
