Connor Fulcher1 StarThe bed itself is nice and we like it, but a £5,000+ order, after waiting over 3 weeks it finally arrives… well, apart from our mattress, on the phone over an hour trying to sort this mess out and absolutely nothing gets resolved, no one seemed to have known where our £2,000+ mattress had vanished, after another long phone call turns out it was forgotten at the depot, but it’s okay, we now have to wait another 2 weeks for it to get delivered, no compensation given as I was told they don’t do that. This will be my first and last order from yourselves, to wait for almost 6 weeks for a bed and mattress is absolutely disgusting, poor service, no one knows what’s going on and I wish I took my money elsewhere. Ps, this inside of the bed was also scuffed to ****, the cloth that you see when you open up the ottoman bed is ripped, haven’t bothered complaining about it because they don’t do compensation🤷🏼♂️ I’ve added just a couple photos of one of the inside arms of the bed, I would take your custom else where.Tuesday 1st August 2023
Dawn5 StarFantastic delivery experience from William & Kelvin. They called when they were about 20 mins away and when the arrived nothing was too much trouble. They were polite & friendly and even put on shoe protectors before carrying the king size bed and mattress up to our bedroom. Really great service - highly recommended.Monday 21st August 2023
Millie Clarke1 StarWent in store to by a new mattress for my bed. The sales assistant was so helpful in ensuring I chose the right mattress for me. Today it was meant to be delivered between 12:30/2:30 , it came to 2pm and I had recieved no phone call . So called up and was hung up on twice until finally I contacted my local branch who got someone to call me back .Awful customer surface after waiting nearly a month turns out they don’t have someone to deliver my mattress and instead it’s been left at the depot still . Very unhappy with the customer surface as they weren’t very helpful and received no compensation(also had been waiting at home all afternoon for it to arrive )I payed nearly a £1000 to this company .
