Got the things done I needed to (ended up actually having to pay interested due to the time it took them), but the process was incredibly difficult and arduous, constantly having to chase and ask the same question over and over due to it being ignored or not replied to in emails. Very poor communication for a company that should know better and have a more professional attitude. Oddly, the invoice was well communicated and arrived promptly.
