I have just completed a two day paediatric first aid course which was the best one I have ever completed. Steve was an amazing trainer and had a great knowledge about what he was speaking about. He was very welcoming, friendly and very patient if you are nervous. Nothing was to much trouble for Steve and always made sure you had understood before moving on to the next thing. Thank you Steve for making the course enjoyable and fun while also being very respectful of the topics that had to be covered.

Came on a corse with 2 of my guys we deal in close protection. Steve is a endless book of knowledge, and hasn't been some guy that has sat behind a desk he has been there done it worn the tshirt, will certainly be coming back for future courses and recommending him to all my work colleagues friends family

After going to bespoke care and training for a day of manual handling training I couldn't recommend them enough. Steve is so friendly and welcoming, I felt at ease from the word go! He's a wonderful teacher; very knowledgeable and experienced, and he's prepared and happy to answer any questions that you may have, no matter how silly they might seem! After just one day of training I feel as though I've come away with a wealth of experience and I'm 100 times more prepared to start my new job in the care industry - thank you Steve, you're a diamond.
