Black 2inch black hair in the chicken kebab. Chicken kebab ordered in pita-received in wrap. Chicken dry as if it was from last year, bit of healthy charcoal as an extra. Lamb kebab ordered in wrap-received in pita (extremely cold pita). Overall… extremely disappointed. Ps. Not a drunk meal, I just got back from work… NEVER AGAIN

Worst kebab would be a more fitting name... rude staff and really disgusting food. The kitchen looks like it has never been cleaned. Would avoid as there are plenty of better places in walking distance

Should change the “best” in their name to “worse”. I’ve tasted all kebabs in Ashford and this is by far the worse one. Chips were hard. Chicken shish was dry. Pitta bread rock solid. Ignored order notes and put no sauce or on my chips. You have many kebabs/competitors in Ashford and you want to serve food like this? Fix upppp.

Poor customer service missing item on large order was told item would be sent out as soon as possible i waited up until midnight. Never arrived. Called the next day and was told to add it in the comments when placing my next and still wasn't delivered. Called again was told will be sent out as soon as driver returns and another no show again. It's a real shame with poor customer service like this we will no longer be using this shop.

I phoned up and asked to make a delivery and he was adamant that he couldn’t place an order over the phone when we got to the website it was only card only didn’t want to pay with card because of the reviews we have already read and when I phoned up to try and place my order he wouldn’t not answer at all of you folks are hungry you be better having some toast
