My first time using BGM. Took my GS in for 19k annual service. Brian really knows his stuff and pointed out things that clearly had not been performed by the dealer including brake fluid and clutch fluid changes and, most importantly, a software update! The bike feels like new and the software has made a huge difference. I also received a proper run through of what had been done and why, when it should next be serviced and what would be done. Brian also took the time to check the current condition of my tyres and gave helpful advice on replacement types. All of which he can supply and fit. On top of all that I was provided a free loan bike AND charged 2/3 of my last dealer service where I had to sit around for 4 hours and wait. I will be returning to BGM from now on. Oh, and the workshop? All the proper equipment, diagnostics, tools and absolutely spotless!

It was a pleasure , first time I have used BGM, BMW bike serviced, reasonable cost, very knowledgeable, very helpful, made minor safety adjustments that had not been considered by BMW franchised dealer. He has access to the BMW world wide servicing data base. He will supply and fit tyres while you wait. Can be busy so make appointment in plenty of time. I will not go anywhere else for a BMW bike service now.
