Just Wow... Bigger Living Lofts completed our hip to gable and rear dormer loft conversion in January. We are over the moon with the results and still can't believe that the new space is the former loft. We contacted Jon around March in 2021 to get a quote for the works, we had sought quotes from a couple of companies and Jon was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive yet his proposal was the most detailed of all and his attitude was spot on. Immediately we felt comfortable around Jon, he was honest and understanding. Was never pushy on signing up. We had booked in the works to commence in October / November 2021 due to our needs. The entire team onsite from Bigger Living Lofts were always courteous, careful and considerate. Nothing was ever a problem and the site was always left clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have the team working in the house and we were kind of a little bit lost when they had finished and left ;-) Jon was always available for questions and regularly visited us, his first question is always 'are you happy?'. We have great respect for Jon and appreciate all the work he puts in. His attention to detail is perfect. Thank you so much Jon and all the team for a lovely job, the boys absolutely love their bedrooms especially the secret cupboard!

We contracted Bigger Living Lofts to undertake a Hip to Gable loft conversion, I also looked at other potential suppliers. On meeting Jon we felt an immediate strong and open relation, Jon is honest, open and communicated with us at all times. Trust was built very quickly. On completion of the loft, he started a second phase being the remodelling of three downstairs rooms to create a large open plan to the rear of the house. Jon and his team's attention to detail, quality and communication was second to none. In any job there can be scope creep or problems that could not be foreseen, again the openness and trust made these issues pale into minor points. I would contract Jon to undertake any further works without going elsewhere. We were the first to contact Kelly and Jon from Bigger Living before the summer of 2019 but didn't start until 2020, after over a year they have completed our loft conversion, we are still more than happy to write the follow up review and recommend BLL and Jon's team excellency on their customer service, build quality and material they used. Jon has ways been on top of every stages of the build and always been on the other side of the phone. We are still very happy with the build and finish the way we wanted. I was probably one of his trickiest and pickiest customers for all our tailor made and alternatives we preferred but he and his team have made us the happy customers. Thank you Jon! Jon and team created a first-class loft conversion for us. We were amazed at the breadth and depth of skills of Bigger Living Lofts. Each member of the team is highly skilled in their core specialist area (roofing, timber-work, plastering, internal carpentry) and work very well together. Jon is an early starter and great coordinator. The Bigger Living team are motivated, start early and make impressive progress. Our steels were in and dormer up within days! Our conversion involved a hip-to-gable conversion and full re-roof. There were some additions and changes along the way - these added some cost and time but we are very happy with the quality of the final result. Jon has high standards, integrity and ensures every aspect of the build meets his standards! There were instances where a less principled builder would have proceeded regardless but Jon insisted any aspect which he was not 100% happy with be redone. To finish off Dean created some fantastic built-in wardrobes and cupboards. For any building team communication at every stage is vital - choices which might seem obvious to the team working day-in day-out may not be to the customer and so early clear communication is essential so that the customer understands all angles. Thank you Jon, Joe, Tony, Paul, Aiden, Dean and everyone else with a hand in our loft conversion journey!

Amazing work carried out by Jon and his team making our house into a home. From start to finish, the project run smoothly with guys on site 8am every day. Bigger Living Team carried out work for us to create a Low-Level Extension which consisted of a new dining room - kitchen - utility room - WC - playroom for our son. They also converted our loft in to a huge bedroom and en-suite. The work they carry out is so good that we even got them to carry out new garden wall and steps as well as additional work throughout the house - changing existing stairs - spindles. All of The team are friendly and they accommodated all our neighbours. Jon is always on the end of phone no matter what time of day for any questions or changes we had. We couldn't of asked for a better company to carry out a massive project to our home and would recommend them every time. The work carried out is to high spec and can not fault any of it. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, even when we do change our minds at the last minute. Jon is upfront with all costs and allowances from the quoting stage. There is no hidden costs with Jon! Jon always had ideas and solutions to overcome and adapt issues that we had. To see the work they have carried out to our home in 4 months and the changes is outstanding. These are not your typical builders these are the best around!
