Terrible service, blamed RM for a delivery that seemingly had never been picked up by them; just a tracking number issued. If I was a betting man I would say the prt wasn’t in stock because when I asked for another to be sent, this was not done either. I was told the person I was dealing with forgot. Now asked for my money back after two weeks of wasted time and two weekends without a bike because of this part not turning up. Not worth saving a tenner over Wiggle’s prices; unfortunately the big boys do it better. Avoid where possible unless you’re happy with being messed around!

ordered a bottom bracket for my mountain bike and they sent me some massage oil instead!!! is someone taking the p*ss ? Emailed them several times but yet to get a reply.

Ordered 2 Assegais as they were a good £10 cheaper each, turned up 3 days later ready for the weekend Was skeptical at first based on mixed reviews but I'll use again for sure
