Curtains came back with same black mark on that I was hoping would be cleaned away but main issue is the creasing. Some might drop out but they are definitely going to have to come down again to be steamed again to see if they can be recovered.

Had a last minute, urgent need to get my wedding veil steamed a few days before the wedding as it was creased. I reached out to Bingham Dry Cleaners late at night and they were able to fit me in first thing the very next morning. Less than half an hour later and it was finished. I cannot express how grateful I am for the help they gave me - with so much to worry about before a wedding making sure everything is ready, this was one thing they sorted for me very quickly that put my mind at ease. They were so friendly, kind and professional too, showing such genuine empathy and care. I can't recommend them highly enough!

5 Star Service! Took in a couple of shirts and trousers needed them for the end of the day, advised he might struggle but asked if he could at least do 1 shirt and trouser, couple of hours later all the clothes was ready to pick up. Liked that he texted as well as it worked well with my day not living it last minute. Highly recommend this little dry cleaners - excellent service, really friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic service, called mid morning, four coats picked up at teatime, delivered back the following day. Faultless service at a great price. They also cleaned our Shaun the sheep footstool, so if you’ve got something a bit different don’t be afraid to ask!

wedding dress taken for cleaning on 28 August 2018. Date given as 15 September, I said there was no rush as I needed it for October. I went in to collect on 22 September to be asked had I received a phone call to say it was ready. No. It was explained they had been very busy. Another date given for collection which was the Friday I needed it, 26 October. I went to collect it to be asked again had I received a phone call. No, this was the date I said I needed it by and it had been there since August. I left the shop disappointed and waited for a call. None came so I reconsidered using the shop and decided to collect it to take elsewhere. I went in on 19 November to find it had been done and finished and no one had called me. Poor customer service.
