Really really poor, Swan Cabs is also Bizzy Cars, two different trading names, very dodgy and horrendous service. The only redeeming quality was that the two elderly drivers that I dealt with were pleasant.

If you want a firm that understands timings for driving across London, don't use bizzy. One of the most incompetent drivers we've encountered and then least receptive or helpful firms. They shafted us on our wedding weekend. DO NOT USE!!!!
