Tim Weller5 StarLovely friendly staff, tables outside, this is a great traditional country pub for summer afternoons as well as cosy winter evenings.
Stopped off for a great burger dinner, one chicken and one veggie, really good hand cut chips, coleslaw and tasty fillings. Good to see a range of tasty vegetarian options (not the poor choice of two that so many pubs provide). We noticed several take-out meals were also served while we ate outside so seems a popular choice. Locally brewed Strummer ale was smashing too. Very difficult to fault.Thursday 2nd August 2018
