I made an enquiry via email for an appointment with Blackcat accounts. The appointment was confirmed, but they never showed up for the virtual call. They told me afterwards they forgot to send an email cancellation. They later emailed, apologising for wasting my time. That did not give me confidence that I could trust them to manage my accounts.
