About us
Opening our doors in 2015 as a bed and breakfast, we quickly established ourselves and a client base of regular visitors. We attracted many positive reviews and a 5 star Tripadvisor rating. In 2019 we have re-launched, and with new kitchen facilities added we are now exclusively offering self catering accomodation to old and new visitors alike.
Located in the small seaside village of Blakeney in Norfolk, accomodation is offered in our self contained annex which boasts a private entrance just for you and ample off-street parking for your car and boat. Our accommodation is dog friendly, though please note that we charge an extra £20 for cleaning when dogs stay with us.
We are not a holiday home. However we are often cheaper than staying at a holiday home in Blakeney!

Shona Harper5 StarQuiet and peaceful yet only 5 minute walk to town centre. Well appointed self catering accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would require for a short or longer stay. Pretty quiet garden with outside furniture. Hostess charming and very informative.

K G5 StarSpent a night here as part of a walk along the North Norfolk coast path and it suited our purpose perfectly. Well located just a short distance from the path, this b&b provides a spacious, quiet and comfortable stopping off point. The rooms are large and bright and are equipped with everything you might possibly need. There is also a big, attractive living/breakfast room for guest use only, giving visitors their own private 'wing'. The breakfast was fabulous - a great choice of fresh, local produce (I particularly recommend the local smoked fish!) served with a smile and useful local information. Ruth Smith5 StarOur first visit to Blakeney was all the better by finding this B & B. Quite simply it is the best we have ever stayed in. Charlotte proved to be the perfect host; friendly, helpful and super-efficient. Her attention to detail was second to none. All the little extras you would expect from a luxury hotel were here in this quiet, comfortable, spacious and clean accommodation. Safe onsite parking and less than a ten minute stroll to the quayside and centre. There was a large choice for breakfast which was cooked and presented perfectly. (Only wish we could have eaten it all!). We will be back.Monday 15th August 2016

The breakfast was amazing as was the host, she was welcoming, friendly and had lots of local knowledge. By far one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in!!Thursday 27th July 2017
