Hello! I’m Bronwyn, a personal trainer in Malvern. 

I work 1-2-1 with men and women to develop enjoyable ways to build their fitness. I have a particular interest in coaching women, as we tend to be underserved in all things health and wellness.

I provide food and fitness coaching to support you in achieving what you’d like to do – to find out what your body can do.

I’m an independent personal trainer currently providing 1-2-1 sessions out of a lovely private personal training gym (Matrix Fitness) and have also been providing outdoors and online training and coaching programmes throughout lockdowns in Worcestershire. I also enjoy coaching small groups.

A few weeks ago I went to my first small fitness class and realised I really liked this stuff!! It took one class for me to become hooked, I was lucky, I had a great teacher in Bron. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I found that exercising in such a small group is really good for me, as it’s small enough to feel like you are getting a 1-2-1, but also gives you time to rest properly between sets! Brons attention to detail and Knowledge is second to none. I have learned so much about proper technique and my confidence has grown and grown... Bron is a natural teacher and a constant inspiration. Her sense of humor creates a relaxed and enjoyable environment in which to learn. This class has positively affected both my physical and mental well-being, and Bron’s enthusiasm and warmth motivates me to integrate these classes into my often-hectic schedule. She is one of the best kept secrets in Malvern (ssssshhhhh!!)

Bronwyn is AMAZING! She has changed the way I move. After a few months I am feeling stronger, more flexible and my stability and balance has improved so much. She understands my body and where my strengths and weaknesses are. There are movements that I can do now that I thought I'd never be able to do. She believes in you and helps you to believe in yourself and your ability. No two sessions are the same and she brings a fun element into training. Matrix Gym is an excellent facility to work out of. There's plenty of space, it's really clean and ever so friendly. I wouldn't be without Bronwyn and I'd urge anyone to try one session with her. You'd definitely want another one!

FAB TRAINER! I met Bronwyn through Matrix gym in Malvern and then went on to book her for some group training sessions for my team at work. Everyone loved the sessions and really enjoyed Bronwyn's style. Bronwyn taught us the technical side of some important exercises that often get missed and finished off with a brilliant session around food and nutrition. Highly recommend and we will be booking more in the future!

Bronwyn’s food coaching is like no other I’ve ever come across, not having to restrict foods, or follow a strict diet. Bronwyn encourage me to try new foods, think and make choices and to enjoy what I’m eating. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to change their thoughts about diets, foods and body image, it changed mine.

Bronwyn at Blissfit is a great personal trainer. I hadn't exercised for a long time and felt like I needed a trainer to get me started. Bronwyn has developed a programme to suit me and she's always enthusiastic and encourages me to go just a bit further than I think I can! I can see positive changes in just a few weeks and am already feeling stronger and fitter. Highly recommend.
