They said they did not know whether and how much it would cost to install a printer (a new Canon Pixma) on my Dell XPS 11. If they did not want to serve me they please why not say so? I find these people caniving. They say it will be a "cost to be what it will cost" in the end no other guide price given except that in a situation where they know the laptop £48 for an hours work! I've had others quote me £36. No brainer why I would not go these these leeches.

Brilliant. Excellent service, very professional people, extremely helpful, friendly. They are local, so easy to access, always on hand to give advice. I have just bought a new computer from them. Full explanations and options were given, really good setup. I've just had an ordeal with Dell regarding my 3 year old Dell computer, which I bought directly from Dell. Never again, I just wish I had gone to 'Blue Moon Computers' a lot sooner.

Excellent customer service and very happy with price and product. Initially enquired about an apple laptop was very helpful but decided to get a gaming computer. Steve helped me by installing a firewall and WiFi card which I appreciated and found perfect machine Great little business just down road from me will surely return Best Regards to Steve and rest of the team
