Nicky and Daniel are thorough and hard workers. Unfortunately, Nicky sometimes changed the time and dates and twice put in another cleaner instead of herself who could not perform the same quality. (eg. Dirty cutlery and dishes put into cupboards without being washed.) I really liked them both and wanted to keep them, but Nicky was unhappy I told her no more replacements. She didn't tell me outright she wanted to stop. First, she called 10 minutes before and told me she was tired (I had company coming). Next week she was going to visit father in Romania(she didn't go, but didn't tell me). I had to contact her to find out what was going on. Disappointingly unprofessional.

Very pleased with BND Cleaning! From start to finish a very professional, trustworthy, friendly & well organised business. I will certainly be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends & family. Prices are very reasonable and the end result will make you very pleased ,like me. :) I can't recommend them enough for all the hard work they did for me and i will definitely use their service again.
