The booking was confirmed via email for 6.30 2nd January and we also spoke to the manager directly to confirm the gluten free menu. However upon arriving for dinner the restaurant was closed and is closed from Christmas to 7th January which meant that we could not eat at the restaurant but also anywhere else in Severn due to gluten free needs. Hugely disappointed that the restaurant failed to let us know that they were closed and confirmed our booking both through their system and in person but then couldn't honour our booking.
