Tom Clarke1 StarPlaced order at 9pm, via deliveroo online store which was open, order confirmed - bodilly’s then just cancel my order and I am left with no food and money has left my account!
Called bodillys to be told it is too late and they have no food (unlikely) rudely told they have a right to cancel orders and speak to deliveroo about refund! Very poor service they should look after customers better, take some responsibility and close online if they don’t want more orders - they should fulfill orders customers pay for when they are OPEN. Will not use againTuesday 5th April 2022
