I have had so many problems with my front door and window in my lounge , letting water in and extremely draughty ! Mike came this morning and replaced both , he showed me what the problem was and fully explained what he was doing. It is very unusual to say what a pleasure it is to have work done but I had an enjoyable morning ! Mike is a professional but is friendly with a great sense of humour ! and he also managed to refit my blinds ! I am thrilled to bits with the job and would highly recommend Biosse Windows !
