Hayley was a constant in our first house purchase, and went over and above to ensure we got our forever home. It was not the easiest of sales to say the least and she had to put up with daily calls from myself for quite some time! The process of selling a house during a pandemic was never going to be plain sailing our move has taken near on a year with many bumps along the way, but we are finally in our new home. When Matt came on board in the Ash Vale office at ME we were close to completion or so we thought..... He was quite honestly the driving force in pushing it through and I don't think we would have made the Stamp duty deadline without his tireless work, he kept me updated constantly, was highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Wanted to write a huge thank you to the ME team in Ash Vale, having just exchanged on our purchase. Paige first showed us round the property and was delightful. We wanted to offer straight away as we loved it, she actioned this promptly & our offer was accepted… and within a few hours the property was off Rightmove. Following that, we dealt with Hayley & Anne-Rie. Hayley is the loveliest lady & really couldn’t do enough for us, despite us not being her client! The transaction was incredibly smooth but any problems Hayley worked brilliantly between us and the sellers. Anne-Rie dealt with the sales progression and was completely in control and on top of the whole process- entirely different from many agents!! Having just completed on a Probate sale last week, I can't thank your team enough for the support throughout a difficult time.. From Anita to start, who gave time to consider our options, to. Matt who followed through and kept both my sister and myself fully informed as to progress, even when solicitors were not keeping us informed, and finally to Stephen who stepped in when Matt was on leave in the last week of the transaction. To be phoned by Stephen on first thing Monday morning after he had already contacted solicitors to check all was on track, was impressive. I was impressed with Matt's perseverance, having moved myself a number of times previously, I don't think any other agents worked so hard to keep the sale on track. A huge thank you to all involved.
