The Evri machine is constantly broken. So I called ahead and asked the cashier if it was working, was told it was so drove down 5 minutes later only to find it is still out of order. No apology, just a smirk. Will avoid the store now and buy my petrol at the Murko in Woolpit (which is cheaper too!)

Really dreadful service at this garage today. I'd gone in to drop off a parcel - one of the 'services' they say they offer. A VERY sullen cashier was totally unhelpful, ie he said he couldn't help me at all . . . and he didn't tell me either that the scanner/printer was not working. While I was standing there trying vainly to scan in my parcel's QR code, he was rude and dismissive to both the other customers behind me in the queue. (I went to a second drop off shop nearby and there the service was exceptional. If you're using Evri / Hermes services, don't go here, truly! Go to Chapmans Stores in Ixworth. They DESERVE your custom. Norton Service Station does not!

Just a few miles of the A14 the fule station is excellent value and really convenient. The number of pumps is limited by its worth the short wait you may have. When you go in to pay you will find a small but we'll stock shop. They have a good range of convenience goods to satisfy most travellers needs. The staff onsite where very fendly and was helpfull with local knollage. As a fule station it's all you need and fule is very competitively priced for the area.
