Located just outside main container port, so can get busy at peak times with HGV traffic, with plenty of pumps to use. Staff are friendly and helpful and work swiftly so waiting is at a minimum. General convenience shop inside providing all essential staples, including some hot snacks, 2 hot coffe machines, a selection of alcohol aswell. A toilet block just across the forecourt, with some car parking and provision of HGV parking, possibly 10-12 bays. First 2hrs free, then a fee to be paid in the shop for parking longer. Beware!. Parking is monitored and is inforced with a fine. Be Shure to park inside painted bay.

Never in my life was trick like cash machine. My company filing lots HGV olmost every day there.I parked once in 2min near pumps for cars and have ticket 250£ for 2 min. But best thing was that day I'm bay cafe and something else. But last time . This way u lost customer's. 2 min. Not 20 min not 20 hour's only 2 min. Easy money for them. But never ever more.

Good garage near Dock just before roundabout. Garage has fuel available and has a shop full of goodies. There is also a cafe and public toilets. If you use either place make sure you register your vehicle at either Garage or Cafe for parking exact times. If you don't you might get your photo taken. Ha ha you know what that means. Good wee place. Still battling on despite covid

After recently using the BP garage at felixstowe for a few months now.i fill up my hgv there at least 3 times a week but however on a recent visit to the garage and filling up with 372 litres of fuel the pumps where busy so after filling up I moved my truck off the pump to allow other trucks to use the pump whilst I went into pay. It took 9 minutes to pay and then leave the garage only to find I've now been fined 250.00 parking penalty for so called trespassing by a colony called Pro serve but reduced to a staggering 182.00 if paid within 14 days
