It is by far my absolute favourite service station. All female run team that makes the air very friendly and approachable, great sandwiches made on premises, their cheese and ham croissants are to die for, well stocked co-op at the same time that you can do your shopping. Definitely recommend to drop by.

CCOVID UNSAFE: I Visited Saturday 31st October. Below is email sent to BP. I never received the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a reply, hence my review. I visited your Greenfield Service Station on the A505 Baldock this morning (31st October 2020) at around 10 - 10.15am. I selected a loaf of bread, two newspapers and made my way to the long queue for the checkout. On reaching the till I offered the bar code on the first paper to the attendant behind the screen (on the right from the customer point of view) and was taken aback when she asked to take them from me. I asked her to scan them without handling them (from previous visits I know this is possible) and she informed me "I don't do that." I asked why not and she repeated her mantra. I asked if the attendant on the next till does and she said no, pass me the papers. Needles to say, I passed her the papers and bread then left the shop without them. I am baffled why she could not lift the hand scanner to the items as other staff members have previously. I am reasonably confident that the above situation is not BP policy during the pandemic, so perhaps you could explain to the cashier in question the dangers of spreading Covid by touch and the common sense methods that can be used to avoid such contact for the benefit of us all. I am sure, having a stubborn Covid denier as the face of BP is not your companies goal.
