The man at the ting was good. I liked him and he was a rassclart g. The customer service was outstanding. I don’t know his name but he is a credit to the British Petroleum company.

Shocking customer service. Blaming me as a customer not been given relevant information. Complaining about slippery sand on the tiles as it stick on my shoes. No apology or good service manager. Really disappointed. What only they can do is to blame you as a costumer and raising voice on you if you calmly complain. at all

Absolutely appalling staff member on the till. I drive 600+ miles a day on average so needed a full tank of fuel. There is a notice saying max £30 of fuel but the pumps still dispense more than that. The guy on the till was shaming every person who put more than £30 of fuel. Not everyone is a panic buyer. Some of us have actual jobs to do, and without fuel we cannot do our jobs. (I manage a security company keep retail stores, businesses and events safe.)

I visited this Petrol station this week for convenience. I wanted to check and put Air in my Car tyres. I put a £1 in the Machine, I waited for a 'Beeping noise ',to tell me the Pressure Selected was right. It didn't, I went into the Shop, I explained to the Person behind the counter, what happened 😐, he then explained to his Colleague in his own Foreign language what had happened to me. He said 'Give me another £1 & I will help you. I refused, saying he should put another £1 in,and show me that it's working, he said No. I was not there to argue, I left and went to Tesco. Much better service 👌 and their machine was working properly and it only cost 50p.I will not use this Petrol 😤 station at all, absolutely rubbish service.

Knocked on the window 5 times no reply... walked down to knock again before I could get his attention... poor awareness of customers! Especially when petrol said pay first... decided not to fuel up here because this is the third experience like this. Preferred the petrol station store it was updated, staff where nicer etc...
