Hello and thanks for visiting my site. My name is Zoe and I run Breaston Massage Therapy from a purpose built garden room at my home . I am qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, Holistic Massage and Personal Training. I focus on offering therapeutic massage using sports, remedial, deep tissue and trigger point therapy techniques, as well as hot bamboo sticks . And am now offering a hybrid Rehab exercise programme with massage, to help anyone wanting to tackle those niggles for good.

Visited Zoe for deep tissue massage for a muscular issue on my leg, wonderfully warm cabin, reasonable charges and I felt good as new afterwards. Will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend the experience !!

Really nice set up in the room, very relaxing and clean. I required a massage as I'm highly active, I have developed a lot of knots in my shoulders and back. Zoe sorted them right out, I've booked in again! Prices are well valued and the service reflects that. The only shame is, it's difficult to get a time slot, but that's expected if you're good at your job.

Recently visited Zoe for a hot stone back massage and it absolutely did not disappoint. Really relaxing, warm, calm, and cosy environment. The heat of the hot stones was lovely on my back and Zoe was brilliant - regularly checking if I was ok with the pressure, temperature etc. Would absolutely recommend (so much so I’ve purchased a gift voucher for my Mum) and will 100% be returning. Met Zoe for the first time today, and can quite honestly say it was amazing. I have been suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck for 4 days, which was painful. I feel so much better after my massage and am hoping to make this a monthly occurrence. I highly recommend Zoe, who makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her.
