Anna1 StarI visited for the first time, as I heard that Bewers is really good for paint and paint matching services. I went in the store and there was no one there. I looked around and waited for almost 10 minutes. I heard a lady come out of what was an office, and she didn’t at all care how long I had been waiting.
I asked her about colour matching, and finding a specific colour. All her answers were ‘I dunno’ and ‘have a look yourself’. I gave every hint that I needed some advice and a store assistant’s help. There was hardly any conversation.
Her customer service was absolutely appalling. No care, no enthusiasm whatsoever.
I couldn’t remember her name, but she wore the most awful make up, big eyeliner.
She did not have a clue, nor a care.
I walked out 5 minutes later, but was tempted to go back and speak to someone else about this.
Safe to say I won’t be returning. I received better advice from B&Q - who are not paint specialists!! You are paint specialists!!Monday 29th November 2021
