At the recommendation of Pike Smith and Kemp in Cookham I engaged the services of Brian Aldridge of Brian Aldridge Associates in Maidenhead to carry out a survey on a prospective property that I wished to purchase. The survey was carried out with supreme professionalism and the resulting report was similarly prepared - hugely detailed with over 500 photos to support the issues reported therein. Also included was his time to go over his report in person which was extremely helpful. I can highly recommend this man and his reputation in the area is second to none.

Unfortunately my dates didn't work out to conduct a survey under BAA, however the staff member I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and helpful in helping to find alternative services. This was hugely appreciated, and I hope that we are able to use BAA in future: I'm sure this level of service continues into the surveying work. As the adage goes, 'lose a sale, make a friend'!
