Their service has been nothing short of exceptional since the moment I booked in an initial query. They have perfected all the small details, including confirming to me exactly who would be arriving at my property to discuss the listing, which may seem a minor practice but it set a respectful and considerate tone. I would like to call out Rob Stocchetti who is an absolute credit to the company. He has been communicative and incredibly proactive throughout this process. Not only did Bridges manage to sell my flat within 9 days of it being listed, but I had their full support whilst dealing with the conveyancing process. Rob went above and beyond what could be expected of his responsibilities and somehow always made feel like a priority. Additionally, I would like to mention Olly Manning who also looked after the transaction and who similarly displayed excellent service. I never felt like anything was too much for Bridges and they made the whole transaction feel personal whilst also professional. I can sincerely say that Bridges will be my first choice when I come to sell my new property. Lotte5 StarWe have recently sold our house and bought another through Bridges Fleet and cannot thank them enough. The process hasn’t been the easiest, having lost buyers & then difficulties with our buyers solicitors however Bridges have been fantastic. Rob in particular has gone above and beyond, keeping us updated even when it may have not been news we wanted to hear, to ensure we were fully aware of everything that was going on. When Rob was on leave for a couple of weeks Olly was equally as brilliant and responsive to all our questions. They have been constant in putting pressure on the buyers solicitors to move things forward when they were delaying it & we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Due to some of the difficulties we may not have always been the easiest clients, slightly stressed & with incessant questions, but they’ve never made us feel anything other than valued. I’m not sure we’re keen to move again anytime soon, but if we did we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have made a stressful process as smooth as they possibly could & we’re so glad to have had them on our side. A few high winds and waves of adversity.. however just over three months from offer acceptance to exchange, that is smooth sailing if you ask me! This bridges crowd are not a ship. They are a Magnificent Yacht with all the bells and whistles.

From initial contact with Olly Manning who was very friendly and professional to the valiant Rob Stocchetti who is so proactive, helpful and extremely good at liaising with both parties in the sale and purchase process. He is very quick to reply to emails and get information, has endlessly followed up with solicitors to get us over "the finish line".
