J D1 StarCancelled my appointment (which was booked weeks in advance) with less than 24hrs notice leaving me with little opportunity to book another before the MOT. Called the garage, staff were rude and would not take the time to listen, just talked over me and told me to call the parent company. Unprofessional and unhelpful, clearly the staff on the shop floor don't really care about customers. Save you time people and avoid.Friday 3rd March 2023

Matt Wilson1 StarExtremely sub standard. Refuse to give any information about my car while in the workshop. Refuse to say how long it's been in diagnostics or give an estimated ETA. I just wanted to plan around the car being in the workshop and they flat out Refuse to give any information. It's my car, when I ask what you're doing with it you have a duty to give me as much information as you have, not to pretend to ask the workshop and leave me on hold to just give me the same answer over and over.Friday 6th January 2023
Ben Hanley1 StarTime wasters. Agreed to buy my car on Carwow and took over 3 weeks to arrange collection. On collection they claimed the car to have damage and wanted to take money off and then when I agreed the driver left and then unbeknownst to me they’ve cancelled the sale so I am now one month down the line from when they committed and still left with the car.Friday 23rd September 2022
