I had all the windows and doors replaced throughout my house on the sea front in Walton on the Naze. Broadland Windows have been first class from start to finish and the workmanship and quality of the windows and doors are fantastic. This is not the first time I have used the company and I would highly recommend them. I can’t rate the works carried out by Broadland Windows, highly enough. Superb job done efficiently and to high quality standards. They replaced a front door and large surrounding window panels for me, clear explanations throughout, accommodating to my needs, gave precise and competitive prices, skilled, friendly and helpful workmen. I am asking them back to do further works for me. We recently ordered and had installed a set of bi fold doors. We have been very impressed with all aspects of the company, right from the initial inquiry through to the installation. We had various quotations, but felt that Broadland Windows offer the best product at a fair price, the quality of the installation is very good. Broadland Windows, in our opinion is a excellent company to deal with and would happily recommend them to our family and friends. Broadland installed our conservatory and it was stress free from beginning to end. The quoting stage was easy, I emailed with questions and got a quick reply back. The survey was quick and easy and the installation was so smooth. The builders were great, the electrician and both installers. Great team and very polite, trustworthy people. We are so pleased with our conservatory, the product is excellent and the service is also. Can’t recommend Broadland Windows highly enough. I’ve now had two contracts with them for windows and doors: one involved a four bedroom house in an historic village and the other a commercial building in Norwich city centre. Each time it was a real pleasure dealing with them. Their staff have a thorough knowledge of what they’re doing and the products are first class. They are also a very friendly and approachable team so it was easy for me to get questions answered as I refined exactly what it was that I wanted in each case. The appearance, quality and functionality is fantastic and even exceeded our expectations. The two gentlemen who provided the fitting service were completely professional and so hard-working during some pretty miserable weather. They took great care to clean up after finishing each day and I honestly can’t fault the quality of their work. All the areas where ‘New meets old’ have been perfectly matched and blended together.

Booked an appointment for a rep to come out and assess our property for new windows and doors. Rep cancelled because he had customers in our area cancel appointments so did not want to drive over just for our appointment. It's Norwich to Wymondham! Then got the brief wrong and told us we were in a conservation area and wouldn't want to pay £2,500 per window for hardwood when in fact we are not in a conservation area and I had asked for a quote for wood or plastic. Then he suggested that I take pictures and window sizes and send them to him and he would come up with some prices for plastic. So basically do the survey myself. What a quality service! Firstly don't tell me what I will or won't pay because you never know and secondly, don't skip appointments because based, on your own assumptions, you have decided it won't be worth your while and you cannot be bothered.

Everyone very friendly and professional from day 1. The salesman, the surveyor and fitter. The area was left exactly as found apart from a beautifully fitted and cleaned window. Cant recommend enough. My first impression was excellent, however, 10 months on and the £552 window has developed a huge stress crack from one side to the other. This is not evidently covered by the guarantee, the guarantee does not cover damage or fault due to: Accident Misuse Neglect or Failure to carry out proper & diligent maintenance Those categories do not apply. But, it seems unexplained cracks are not covered either! Be interesting to know what is covered? Still, they were VERY happy to quote me for a new pane of glass! I bet they are, no thank you. No customer service whatsoever.

We have been very impressed by the Broadland Windows team. First impressions were very good, this continued through the complete process, including the installation of our bi fold doors. We have a superb product that has been installed to a very high standard and importantly, at a fair price compared to other quotations. Over the years, we have had various companies install windows and doors, in our opinion, Broadland Windows is a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
