The proprietor, Brenda, has the happy knack of making the role of landlord as seamless and painless as can be. If any of my properties develop a fault (and for my part I try to keep them all to a high standard, with regular maintenance), Brenda invariably bends over backwards to help – more often than not I'm only aware of problems after they've been resolved!
And...their tenant vetting process is extremely thorough, which means that I have always had top tenants.

Kalman Bekesi1 StarThe agent didn't want to let me take photos of the property before leaving. At a landlord's house who is infamous of making up reasons for keeping the deposit. Thanks for the help of my friends I had witnesses - who first were denied to be present as witnesses. The agency supported the landlord throughout this process. Maybe not the fault of the agency being not aware of it, but the landlord himself was the worst one I experienced - entering my room without any notice, talking in a mean way and not providing all the services that were promised at the beginning.Tuesday 10th July 2018
