On the day of completion, Perry went the extra mile(literally) to handover the keys personally at my residence as the Chesham branch was quite far from where I live. I will definitely consider Brown & Merry, Chesham branch in particular for any future transactions of mine and also recommend them to anyone considering estate agents.

We have managed to purchase our first home in late 2022. Although the property was not marketed by Brown & Merry, we were lucky enough to work with their mortgage team. Purchasing a property is stressful especially for first time buyers. Thankfully, we had James Gibson with us. As first time buyers, we did not know anything about the mortgages or any part of the process. His knowledge and advice made it all very clear and helped us a lot along the way. I really appreciate his patience and kind approach to our hundreds of repeated questions, always with a genuinely happy mood. All in all, we have been very lucky to have paired with James Gibson and Brown & Merry, Chesham branch. James and the whole team were always there to help and to make things go as smoothly as possible. I can not recommend them enough!

We are currently in the process of selling and buying a home at the same time for the first time which is of course a very stressful process, but with Brown and Merry, specifically Beth Stanbridge our mortgage advisor, we feel a lot more confident and supported in the process and heavily rely on her knowledge and expertise. She's very patient (lucky for us!) and always comes back in a timely and effective manner. Definitely recommend!!

I am in the process of applying for a mortgage with Beth as my mortgage adviser. The process has been very smooth from initial meeting for the agreement in principle to sending off the mortgage application. Beth is very knowledgeable and easy to contact to book in an appointment with and has made the process very easy for someone as lazy as I am. I would definitely use Beth again in the future and would also recommend to others.
