My partner and I had a great experience with Will at Browning Rose Financial in helping us buy our first house. He was extremely informative and helped us secure the money we needed to buy our perfect home. He was flexible to work around our needs as we both work full time, so Will went out of his way to meet with us on Saturday mornings even though this is outside of his usual working hours. He was also really great at communicating with us and keeping us updated with how things were progressing throughout the entire process. As soon as our offer was accepted on the house, he completed our application for the mortgage the next day, meaning that we didn’t experience any delays with this part of the house purchase. Will was also extremely helpful in arranging our life insurance cover. He wasn’t pushy in up-selling the critical life cover, he just made his recommendations and left us to decide which option we thought was best for our needs. This is something we really appreciated. I would really recommend Will to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor based in Kent. He couldn’t have done more for us and we’re extremely grateful for his help in buying our first place.

Marcus did our original mortgage 2 years ago and made the whole process really simple for us, so it was an obvious choice to go back to him for the remortgage. It was very quick, painless and easy again. He was very responsive, even chasing me for a decision on the mortgage before the offer expired. Great service all round

Marcus and the Team at Browning Rose were fantastic from start to finish, they explained all my options and which one they thought would be best for me and my future plans. They took the stress and jargon away, and explained clearly what i needed to provide by when. It made a real difference having an actual person to call rather than just being another caller to a huge company that didn't care. The personal feel made a real difference and i will definitely use them again next time i need a mortgage.

Marcus was all ever so helpful when we first went to him, explaining all the experience and skill he has acquired over the years. Went through our finances, next day he found out about an old ccj. Didn't do any research on it and basically just ignored all our calls. Seems like Marcus only wants the simple mortgage applications and won't actually do any real work when applying on your behalf.. Very unprofessional the fact he just doesn't have the big boy pants to tell you he won't try and look on your behalf. not even in an email. My rating reflects the fact he will only deal with mainstream lenders.and he wont return calls or emails if something is too difficult. FYI i went to a real mortgage broker and he got me an agreement in principle with halifax.
