Outstanding Professional Quality & Service We can’t recommend Buffalo highly enough, exceptional quality and service from start to finish. Myself, having been in the construction and civils industry for 35 years from apprentice to self employed contractor, through to civils surveyor and contracts manager and now senior building surveyor for a large organisation, I can honestly say I know what I’m looking for in quality and service. Having spent quite an amount of time looking at different options for replacing our tired old driveway, we came across Buffalo’s website and, as you do, read the reviews and was greatly pleased to see we appeared to have found a very highly rated contractor. Now, being in a position where the work is complete and, we have such a fabulous and beautiful new driveway, I am so pleased to be able to add to the long list of exceptional reviews and help others make the right choice. Everything about Buffalo’s service is slick and professional from a very experienced, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly team. The advice and input in design and choice of aggregates was far above and beyond what you would normally expect and experience. Materials used are first class with only the best resins and aggregates used (I know as I asked the questions and have a knowledge and experience myself) Attention to detail and quality of work from the site teams is amazing. Having had a couple of quotes for having some areas outside of the property renovated we went with Buffalo. The price was significantly less than one of the other quotes but that was not the deciding factor. From the off, we could see that they were going to do a proper quality job. One of the other providers was simply going to drill a few holes in the existing patchwork concrete and then resin directly over. Not so Buffalo. All the concrete was removed and then the ground was thoroughly prepared. The scheduling of work is of course weather and materials availability dependant but we'd have felt comforted by some more interim communications between order and start of works. Otherwise very happy and certainly recommend.

We had our driveway done by Buffalo at the end of November and I would recommend them to anyone I know. We were daunted by the process to begin with and our drive was in a real mess prior to starting, but Gary explained the whole process to us without using jargon in a way that we could understand, as well as helping us pick the colour and offering support and guidance with every key decision. We had quotes from several other firms locally, but the quality of the groundwork’s and materials that Buffalo used were far beyond what anyone else brought to us and were still incredibly competitive on price, with no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and genuine care for making sure the outcome was what we wanted. The installation was as smooth as the quote, the team were so hard-working and friendly, which was particularly important to me as they dealt with my wife while I was at work and she sung their praises - particularly in comparison to some other work we had done where she felt she was spoken down to by other tradespeople. Buffalo went above and beyond with us and even helped to source and install us composite fencing for the front garden to finish the job to an immaculate standard, which I just didn’t expect from a driveway company. 5 stars doesn’t do these guys justice - honest, hard-working & well priced businesses and hard to come by, and that’s why I’ll be passing the number on to anyone I know who needs work doing. After much research into the world of resin driveways we decided to go with the Buffalo team. From the very start we felt so comfortable and assured by the salesman, Mark, he didn't mess around and the quote he gave was very fair. Then we met Gary, the surveyor who explained exactly what would be involved. We went down to the office and met the rest of the lovely team who advised us on the colour which would best suit our situation. The lads turned up on Saturday and completed the job. As you can see it looks absolutely amazing, we couldn't be happier, a job well done and worth every penny. Just make sure you've got plenty of teabags 🤣 Andy and Jo Yates
