OMG queued for ages for a 'new' member of staff to struggle with my parcel for the US. Then waited while she checked with a colleague. Clearly Saturday is not a good day for inexperienced staff to be left on duty. This is the day everyone needs to get to the post office along with all the other shopping needs for busy working people. Extra staff support needed at peak times.
