Great food absultey great service from Billy funny polite had a great sense of humour and good costomer service skills I asked him what to av as iv never order n he was eating the same I ordered garlic chicken supreme which was great just next time moreeeee garlicccc my own personal preference thanks so much food was great cudnt fault it one bit keep up the good work bar bbq 2 night 👍👏👌😋😋 p s halima/

When i ordered my burger and chips and asked how long is it going to be and then he shouts at me. When i got my food there was 2 strands of hair and a toenail. I asked him for a refund however he refused to give one and he said he urinated in my food . Overall bad hygeine and customer service.

Half of my order was missing/wrong when I contacted them they said they would send me the missing and correct items only for almost 3 hours waiting and contacting them during this time nothing came! Each time I spoke to them they were extremely rude. I only wanted what I had paid for

Ordered at 7.28 and it said it'll be there by 8.05pm - rung the restaurant at 8.25pm and they said 5 minutes. Rung again at 40 past and he said 2,3 minutes. Then the delivery driver rung at 55 past saying he could not find the area, spoke on the phone for 6 minutes. Big communication barrier, driver not understanding me. Got my food at 9.07 - a whole hour late. Rung the restaurant to address my issue, there was another person that just started their shift I'm presuming, because she was ARGUING with me down the phone saying it's barely been 20 minutes and hung up the phone on me. Then the chips were stone cold and hard. Pizza was cold aswell. Never ordering again.
