I ordered through just eat. Whilst the food looked great & tasted good when warmed up, it arrived cold. 36 minutes elapsed from the time the food was collected to the time it was delivered. I live 5 minutes down the road & although the driver had to make 1 stop on the way to deliver my order (I could see this information on the App while tracking the process of my order) 36 minutes to deliver is excessive. Sbarro, I hope you read this because I think delivery of orders is letting you down

The lad working at the counter has a disgusting attitude. Who gave this lad a job? I’ve been here 3 times and he is there every time with a disgusting attitude. Will make your food in a rush, pizzas are reheated from day before. I hope some one sorts the lad working behind till because I will defo not be coming back. 23/07/23 12:30pm.

Would not recommend!!! one pizza slice was undercooked whilst the other must of got stuck because it was burnt and inedible. Very rushed to order when the shop was empty and a rude member of staff who is clearly lacking any customer service experience seemed very put out he had to do there job Certainly won't be returning

Avoid Take your Business Elsewhere, ordered 2 14 Inch Pizzas, came as though they've been bought from Asda, hard, no cheese, counted 5 Chicken Pieces in total between 2 Pizzas, Guys who are working inside need a wake up call. Gone down hill. Never again.

Poor service was told veggie pizza was not on the menu till October leaving no other options.And it is on the menu.Poor service .Poor .choice second rate pizza.Most of the pizza didn't taste right and has gone in the bin.
