Crystal Drane5 StarBrilliant garage. managed to fit me in for a mot last minute on a Saturday car failed it’s MOT and rang up later on to ask for a quote and he said he would get back to me later on, 10 mins later rang back with a brilliant quote then part come in on the Tuesday morning and my car was ready by 2pm The same day. Was amazed with how quick the service was and polite and talkative the staff were.

Took my car here for an MOT on Friday morning, he called me early afternoon to tell me it was fine and had passed and they were just checking it over.
I then get a call to say they need parts for my exhaust and I need a new washer pump. The repair was going to be in the £400-£500 remit, I would need to pay for the parts in advance and then wait 14 days for them to come in. He then proceeded to charge me £60 for the car to go on diagnostics and did not inform me of this cost first.
I took the car to get a second opinion today as something did not sit right, the garage cleaned the washer pipe, no NEW pump needed, and all is fine with my exhaust.
My car has passed it's MOT this morning, no parts needed and the cost was for the re-test somewhere else.
